This is Matt Martinez of Back Pocket Entertainment. I’m here to share with you an update I received from the organizers of the Baltimore Comic-Con. If any of my followers are planning to attend, this is for you.

TICKETS FOR THIS YEAR’S ALL-STAR RECEPTION ARE GOING FAST!

I just wanted to send a quick reminder to everyone about the amazing All-Star Reception taking place on the eve of this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con, Friday September 6 at 8pm.

We’ve put together an amazing and growing lineup of some of comics’ biggest names to make this event the perfect way to kick off the best weekend in comics! We hope you can be a part of it!

Here’s just a few of the great creators who will be taking part: Mike Carey, Mark Waid, Paul Jenkins, Bill Willingham, Barry Kitson, Mark Buckingham, Walter Simonson, Louise Simonson, Stan Sakai, Jimmy Cheung and George Perez!

This three-hour event will include a private panel discussion and a meet-and-greet with many guests available to sign an item or two! Don’t forget your Sharpie! 🙂

And to make the evening even more special, we’ve added even more goodies including:
AN AUTOGRAPHED STAN LEE ITEM – We’re thrilled to be able to include this! We and Stan feel terrible that he couldn’t make it to this year’s show and we want to make sure there’s still a way for people to get their hands on something autographed by “The Man” himself.
You’ll get a copy of this year’s Baltimore Comic-Con Yearbook starring Usagi Yojimbo with art by dozens of the best artists in the biz.
We’re providing finger foods, appetizers and desserts (a cash bar will be available as well).
The venue is spectacular with dazzling views of Baltimore’s inner harbor – the event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore – a four-star venue located next door to the convention center
